Programme Management Office Analyst

This role will focus on supporting the PMO office on a multitude of activities including: tracking status of programme deliverables and milestones, programme level risk and issue co- ordination, defining company processes, management reporting and action tracking/follow up. 

The role will provide great experience and development and has exposure across all teams within the company. Candidates must be enthusiastic, passionate and committed. You’re a person that likes to bring order and pride yourself on running a tight ship! 

Primary Responsibilities

Provide regular and accurate reporting to include; Programme Management Office dashboard and status, collation of senior management team reports and company status reporting. 

Compilation, tracking and follow up of issues/risks and actions to ensure timely resolution. 

Be flexible to support the programme management office across all functions and take on additional responsibilities as and when required. 

Manage documentation and templates used within the team 

Have a customer lens on all output from the team to ensure consistency and quality at all times

Lead process engineering and mapping sessions and ensure company adherence to process

Own SalesSeek (CRM) on behalf of PMO to maximise tool benefit and process adherence

Support project managers as and when required on documentation, tracking, customer workshops

Identify areas for improvement and own the resolution to completion

Required Skills & Attributes

Experience in PA duties, in particular extensive diary management

Ability and desire to adapt to new technologies and tools.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise with various departments locally and internationally.

Ability to work and adapt in a dynamic and fast changing environment.

Very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cope and remain calm under pressure.

A real interest in problem solving with a focus on results.

Aptitude to multi task with good time management skills, attention to detail, personal organization, analytical, administrative skills and an eye for quality.

Desired Experience:

Programme Management Office or Administrative experience 

Using and managing through SharePoint would be useful

Knowledge of the payment card and/or loyalty industry a benefit.
